I'll keep this one short...

With a promise of two much longer post coming soon.

Michael and I decided to play a game called how many Ivs can Jessica get in 48 hours.

The answer is 3.

I started running fever last night about this time (7is) and it was incredibly high but it was starting to approach the post-op hospital warning sign of 101.

By the time I went to bed last night at around midnight I was in extruciating pain (probably due to my efforts to be tough and near the 6 hour mark with each does than every 4 hours), having some breathing problems, and a fever of 101.6.

So Michael and I went to Baylor ER in Dallas. Which was, despite my 4 hour wait, probably the best decision we could've made.

I'm home now. Without fever and with instructions from my surgeon to take my pain meds every 3-4 hours.

I'll go into more details later on--look for that on Monday or Tuesday. Right now, I've got some resting to do.
